Worth While Kids.com is a donation site, as in all other donations they may be tax deductable, check your local laws. Once you give you cannot, will not: request, sue, demand or expect anything in return; especially your donation back. You give this money freely and of your own choice. You further certify that the money that you are donating is yours and by donating you are indicating your desire to give the child in which you donated (you must specify if there is a specific child that your dollar amount goes, or your donation will automatically, if not specified, will go to all the children in equal amounts that are listed on this site. 15% of your donations will be utilized for DG Wilson's own family. You will have no claim of ownership, partnership or hold in any faction, business, personal or other if you do so choose to donate. You will in no way have anything to do with the site, but your donations will be recognized by the child through an informative email as to your name, if desired, and amount donated.
You understand as a donator that DG Wilson and all other employees that are assigned to this site and administration do all that they can do to verify that these are in fact real children in real need. Any misrepresentation is on the part of the profiler and or child that is represented on the site and is in no way tied or connected to DG Wilson and or this site. Any and all misrepresentation will be deterred as best as possible, but there is the possibility that one con may be able to post a profile and trick us. We guarantee that if this in fact did happen that we had NO part in it and will not condone the action. Further we will delete the posting and notify authorities as to the fact of the misrepresentation.
You certify that you are in fact the credit and or debit card holder and any money sent is yours to spend and will not ask for anything in return. Each child will do their best, according to them, to achieve their goals but if for any reason that they do not achieve the specific goal stated in their profile on this site, Worth While Kids.com, you will not be angry or demand, request, require, insist or in any other way ask for your donation back.
It is not the intention of DG Wilson and or this site to make any mistakes, but they may occur. If for any reason that there is a mistake and or misrepresentation of your donation and your specific requests (ie. that your name NOT be sent to the child in which your donation was sent) that you will understand that it was a mistake and not a malicious or act that was due to misrepresentation of DG Wilson's intentions. It would be a mistake and you should see it as such and not an act of retalliation.
By clicking the donation button and submitting your money for the child (ren) you agree to these terms and forever accept them.
DG Wilson and all employees if any will do everything in their power to prevent any and all identity theft of the donators and the profiled children. To ensure that only the most necessary information is posted, as well as all photographs and related material will be of sound taste and reasonable to be seen by all viewers of all ages, ie no phone numbers, no birth dates, social security numbers, house addresses, no nudity or porn may be presented in any way through submissions, so DG Wilson will have all submissions emailed to MASTERPIECESTATTOOS@MSN.COM. All material will painstakingly be posted from emails onto site. No automation will occur.
As this is done there will be a slight delay in the posting of your child's profile. Please understand that we work as fast as we can but to ensure the highest amount of security at the absolutely lowest cost, by hand is slower but safer.
DG Wilson and all associated with this site have your best interest at heart. In no way is this site or concept a scam or effort to hurt, damage or defraud anyone.
All DONATIONS will be paid through credit card, debit, or other card avail through the PAY PAL service. The donations are going to enter into an account specific to this site and will have records available upon request if we feel that it is necessary.
